When I see a Milkweed, I spend so much time looking for caterpillars or eggs, that I often forget how pretty the blossoms are. Can't say that I am familiar with the wild forget-me-nots, pretty:)
wow, it's amazing how many of your wildflowers bloom before ours do here....the milkweed is up and tall, and just forming flower heads. But no caterpillars or eggs just yet...and I have only seen one Monarch this year, on the way to work a couple of weeks ago. Haven't seen any here. Of course, I won't be home nearly as much to see this wonderful things now that I am working every day :( What I am pretty sure is your FMNs haven't started to bloom yet, but I sure am anxious!
